Welcome to Creative Coastal Fencing Solutions! My name is Chris Neff, and I am a Licensed NC Building Contractor and the owner/operator of C & C Fencing Solutions. Throughout my life, I have lived in many different areas. I grew up in Florida and Ohio, and while in college, I worked construction to pay for my education. After a couple of years, I decided I wanted more, and I joined the United States Military. In the service, I spent time in Clearwater Florida, Kodiak Alaska, and eventually in Elizabeth City North Carolina, which I now call my home with my family.
I started C & C Fencing Solutions in 2015 because I wanted to bring my neighbors quality fence installation, repair and replacement, coupled with the values I hold most important at an affordable price.
